Well, I don't know if tetraskele is the right English word, but if a triskele motif is "a figure where three curves radiate at equal intervals in one direction from a central point", a tetraskele is a figure where 4 curves radiate from a central point, it's just Greek my friends ;-)
This motif was commissioned as logo for a pipe bands and dance groups gathering, that is going to be celebrate the last weekend of August in 4 Eastern counties of Asturies. Each county is represented by one human head in my design. I just spent 48 hours to design, to draw and to paint it and well, I'm proud of the final result, that you can see here
